Form provided, it's the same as our fax form but
for security reasons it does not Include credit card
information. Make sure to include your phone number
so The HookLady™ can call you back to get your

SHIPPING: Shipping is available worldwide. Most orders
are shipped UPS or Priority Mail. Arrangements for shipping
will be made when The HookLady™ contacts you. We ship
Nippon Express to Japan.
NEW LOCATION:
The HookLady is proud to announce the opening of her
shop in The Golden Nugget Antique Flea Market
on Route 29 in Lambertville, New Jersey. Lambertville
is located about 10 miles outside of Trenton and is
right next to New Hope, Pennsylvania. The shop is open
on Saturday and Sunday 10 AM to 4 PM. If you would like
to see a item you saw on the Web site call in advance
to make sure it is in stock at the shop. The HookLady™
can be reached at 856-309-3982. If you plan to come
out to the shop please call in advance during the week
to make sure it will be opened that weekend.
The shop is located on the first floor of the Golden
Nugget Antique Flea Market at 1850
River Road, Route 29 in Lambertville.

packed before shipment by The HookLady™. Responsibility
for safe delivery is assumed by the carrier with the
acceptance of this merchandise. Report any damage to
The HookLady™ by phone who will contact the carrier
on your behalf. HOLD ALL PACKAGING AND ORIGINAL BOXES
UNTIL INSPECTION CAN BE MADE or a claim cannot be filed.
